Job Overview

We're seeking a high-performing Remote Customer Intake Specialist who thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment. This position will have you on the phone continuously throughout your shift, talking with customers about their businesses and meticulously capturing their information.

This is a non-stop, high-volume role where you'll be actively engaged with customers and data entry from the moment you start until the end of your shift. You must gain energy from constant customer interaction and maintain unwavering professionalism and enthusiasm even during the most demanding periods.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: You will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am-8pm EST you will be actively working and on calls throughout your entire shift
  • Compensation: $23-$28 per hour, based on performance and ability to maintain quality during high volume, with opportunities for performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle continuous customer calls and inquiries without downtime
  • Gather detailed business information from customers while maintaining perfect accuracy
  • Maintain an upbeat, professional demeanor through hours of back-to-back customer interactions
  • Enter customer data rapidly and with 100% precision while simultaneously engaging with customers
  • Process a high volume of information quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Follow strict protocols for information gathering and documentation
  • Manage customer expectations professionally while working under significant time pressure
  • Adapt to shifting priorities without missing a beat

Required Qualifications

  • Call center experience, with prior success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy while actively listening and speaking
  • Outstanding attention to detail even when working at maximum capacity
  • Excellent verbal communication skills that remain consistent through long periods of customer interaction
  • Ability to stay organized and follow through despite relentless pace
  • Superior listening skills to capture critical business information correctly the first time
  • Professional phone manner that projects confidence and competence hour after hour
  • Demonstrated stamina for continuous customer interaction without quality degradation
  • Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite

What Success Looks Like

You'll spend your entire day talking with business owners, gathering their information, and entering it accurately into our systems. You'll need to maintain enthusiasm and professionalism from your first call to your last. The pace never slows – you'll move from one customer to the next continuously throughout your shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
