- In search of an efficient Human Resources (HR) representative to undertake various HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee personnel records and supporting the interview process. Your role also involves performing tasks with a focus on growing our company’s talent pipeline.
- The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. He/She will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. You should be familiar with using HR software and tools to succeed in this role. Ultimately, the HR Representative should be able to contribute to the attainment of the HR department and the organization's goals and results.
Description
- Respond to internal and external HR related questions or requests and assist, including but not limited to policy, benefits, and/or payroll questions.
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures, including discipline and evaluation processes.
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member, and conduct investigations and research as needed.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates. Then, maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Also, liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.).
- Assist in background checks, issuing offer letters, etc. Participates in employee engagement efforts. Schedule meetings, interviews, and coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.

- Requirements
- Requirements and skills
- BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
- Proven experience as an HR Representative or relevant human resources/administrative position (3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Experience with HR databases, ATS, and HRIS systems
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
