Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.

This position is for a scheduled 8 hour shift from 8:30am-5:00pm PST.

Responsibilities

-Handle inbound calls and chats to provide assistance and support

- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
