ABOUT THE ROLE Future In Solutions is an AI automation consulting agency that helps life insurance agencies in Kenya streamline their operations using n8n automations. We’re expanding across Kenya and seeking a motivated cold caller to connect with life insurance agencies, qualify leads, and set up video or phone appointments with our team. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for a beginner-friendly yet professional communicator who can confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Make outbound calls to life insurance agencies across Kenya (no in-person visits). - Identify and qualify potential leads based on provided criteria. - Present our AI automation services in a simple, professional manner. - Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for our agency team. - Record call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead details in our CRM (training provided). - Provide short weekly progress updates. PERFORMANCE GOAL To keep things fair and achievable for beginners: - Minimum target: Set 5 qualified appointments every two weeks (bi-weekly). - You’ll receive training materials, scripts, and support to help you reach this target comfortably. COMPENSATION We offer a performance-based pay structure that rewards results and commitment: - 10–15% commission on each client setup fee for every deal closed from your appointments. - KES 5,000 monthly performance bonus if you exceed 10 qualified appointments and achieve at least one closed deal in that month. (Note: All payments are made through Upwork after client payments clear. This ensures fairness, transparency, and no financial risk for either party.) IDEAL CANDIDATE - Based in Kenya (any city) with reliable internet and phone access. - Clear and friendly communication style (English and/or Swahili). - Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. - Experience in cold calling or sales is a plus but not required — training provided. - Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
