Our flagship high-ticket software product ($5k–$15k) is generating $500k+ in monthly revenue, and we are expanding our team to keep up with demand. Role Overview We are seeking experienced DM / Call Setters to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospects, starting conversations, and setting qualified calls for our closers. Key Responsibilities • Initiate and manage outbound conversations (DMs, calls, follow-ups). • Qualify leads and schedule calls for the closing team. • Maintain accurate tracking of activity and results in Google Sheets/CRM. • Work closely with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategy. Compensation • On Target Earnings (OTE): $5,000/month • Combination of base + commissions depending on performance. Requirements • Excellent English (both written and spoken). • Proven experience in DM setting, appointment setting, or telemarketing for high-ticket offers. • Confidence in communication and objection handling. • Strong organizational skills (Google Sheets, CRMs, tracking tools). • Self-starter with high energy and drive to hit targets.
