We’re looking for a Zoho Desk expert to help us design and implement a complete customer support system for our SaaS solution — including a ticketing system, knowledge base, and conversational AI chatbot. The ideal candidate can audit our existing setup, recommend best practices, and implement improvements for a scalable, high-quality support experience. A strong understanding of alternative help desk platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) is a plus. Responsibilities: Audit and optimize Zoho Desk setup and integrations Implement ticketing, knowledge base, and AI chatbot Improve automation and customer support workflows Train team and document key processes Requirements: Proven Zoho Desk implementation experience Knowledge of SaaS customer support operations Experience with conversational chatbots (Zoho SalesIQ, Dialogflow, etc.) Excellent communication and documentation skills
