About

We are a Construction & remodeling company on Buildertrend. We already have Buildertrend’s Business Insights and an active Domo integration. Goal: Build a single, stylish, visual-first analytics space in Zoho Analytics that’s obvious at a glance and easy to use daily. Scope Data ingestion (priority): Pull Buildertrend data from Domo (API/export) if feasible (since Domo is already connected). If not possible, use Buildertrend Business Insights (Google Sheets) as fallback. Add sources: QuickBooks Online, Pipedrive, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CallRail, etc Dashboards to deliver (5 total) Marketing — monthly KPIs + 6-month trends: ad spend, leads, deals, deal amount, net profit, CPL/CPA, conversion, channels breakdown, ZIP heatmap. Finance — debt today + 6-month trend, client obligations, unpaid bills to subs/materials, bank balances, key deltas, monthly profit & turnover (+ 6-month trends). Sales — monthly sales, Top reps by $, Top-5 by conversion (e.g., 1/10), targets vs actual, deals closed this month, “Clarification” stage (sum & count). Owner — sales (month + 6 mo), potential in Clarification, turnover (month + 6 mo), production profit (month), profit (3 mo), remaining A/R by projects, payments last 7 days, Top-5 most profitable projects. Production — monthly output, Top-10 projects by output, budget savings (month), completed projects count. Style & UX (critical) 1. Ultra-modern, clean, and elegant dashboards (few numbers, more visuals). 2. Clear color coding, readable typography, natural drill-downs, tooltips, and quick filters. Optional: simple forecasts/alerts and a “Create Task” button to push insights to Asana/Trello/ClickUp. Requirements 1. Proven Zoho Analytics builds (please show visuals). 2. Experience with Domo data export/API (or clear plan to confirm feasibility). 3. Familiarity with construction/project businesses is a plus. Good communication; overlap with U.S. business hours preferred.
