I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help assemble videos, prepare uploads, and manage the flow of content for my YouTube channels. You will follow simple instructions and use tools like CapCut, ChatGPT/Claude, and Leonardo. You must already be comfortable with YouTube Studio. You will NOT publish videos — only upload them as Private for review. Your Responsibilities: Edit/assemble videos in CapCut Desktop using provided templates Use AI TOOLS for simple tasks and prompts for video creation Upload completed videos to YouTube Studio (Private) Add placeholder titles, thumbnails, and playlists Maintain a content tracker (Google Sheets) Follow a clear, repeatable workflow in Trello Requirements: Strong experience with CapCut Desktop Familiarity with YouTube Studio Comfortable using AI tools Organized and detail-oriented Reliable internet Quick communication and ability to follow SOPs Good English speaking skills Nice to Have: Experience with faceless YouTube channels Basic understanding of YouTube metadata, titles, playlists Screening Questions: Have you used CapCut Desktop before?
