We’re building a motivational YouTube channel that will inspire millions — and we’re looking for a creative, reliable video editor / VA to join our long-term team. We need someone who can consistently produce 1 high-quality faceless video per week — about 20–30 minutes long — using a combination of motivational speeches, movie scenes, stock footage, background music, and clean branding overlays. What You’ll Be Doing: - Research and compile motivational speeches from icons like Jim Rohn, Les Brown, David Goggins, Kobe Bryant, etc - Add visually powerful B-roll footage and cinematic transitions - Use royalty-free background music to match the tone and emotion - Integrate our channel branding overlays, logos, and end screens - Add captions (optional or stylistic, not cluttered) - Deliver 1 polished video each week, 20–30 minutes long What We Provide: - Voiceover / audio library (or scripts and sources to pull from) - Channel branding assets (logo, fonts, color palette, intro/outro) - Clear direction on theme, emotion, and style per video - Paid subscriptions to multiple content creation tools Ideal Candidate: - Experienced with YouTube editing (especially motivational or documentary-style content) - Able to access to copyright-free / stock footage and sound libraries using our subscriptions - Understands pacing, storytelling, and emotional rhythm in video editing - Can work autonomously but communicate clearly MUST HAVE: Familiar with AI voice tools or content automation (Descript, Pictory, etc.) Compensation: 💰 $100 per video (20–30 minutes long) 📅 1 video per week (long-term partnership preferred) How to Apply: Please include: - A short intro about yourself - 2-3 samples of your motivational OR faceless video work - What tools/software you familiar with for editing Our mission is to shift mindsets.
