What You’ll Do Design eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks while fitting the show’s tone and brand (human, thoughtful, stylish). Create 2–3 variations per episode so we can A/B test performance. Combine guest portraits + text overlays in visually balanced layouts. Pull the most expressive stills from raw footage or provided photos. Ensure quick turnaround — ideally within 48 hours per episode. Ideal Candidate Strong sense of composition, typography, and color. Experience designing YouTube or podcast thumbnails that perform. Able to match or build upon an existing visual brand. Comfortable working in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva Pro. Communicative, fast, and open to iterative feedback.
