We’re looking for a creative and reliable YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our growing online team. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours — perfect for someone who understands attention psychology and knows how to make people click. If you can look at a thumbnail and instantly see how to make it perform better, you’ll fit right in. 🚀 About the Role You’ll create high-performing, scroll-stopping thumbnails that boost CTR and reflect consistent brand identity. This role isn’t about making “pretty pictures” — it’s about strategic design that beats the competition. You’ll: Create multiple drafts per video until we find the winning thumbnail. Use our AI tools and GPT bots to help brainstorm and refine ideas and to determine the video title as well as thumbnail text. Perform competitor research before designing — analyzing top-ranking videos in our niche to understand what works and how to out-perform them. Upload final thumbnails and enter related data into a Google Sheet so other team members can access everything easily. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Design 2–3 thumbnail drafts per video (with our AI tools assisting the creative process). Research competitor thumbnails and trends to create stronger designs. Create video title and thumbnail text using our AI tools (this is important for you to do together as we do not want duplicate words in title & text). Maintain consistent branding, colors, and typography across all thumbnails. Deliver all files organized in Google Drive and log data in Sheets. Turnaround time: 24 hours per thumbnail. 🧠 Requirements Proven experience creating YouTube thumbnails (please include a Google Drive link- NO ATTACHMENTS). Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Comfortable using AI design tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.). Understanding of what makes a thumbnail clickable, not just beautiful. Strong communication and time management skills.
