We are seeking a creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create engaging, visually appealing thumbnails for our documentary-style finance and economics channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience in creating thumbnails that attract viewers. I enjoy James Jani's thumbnails and want to start creating videos in a similar style. I attached a few example thumbnails that he posted on his channel.
