Responsibilities: - Design high-quality, attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails - Create visually compelling layouts using images, text, and graphics - Enhance photos (color correction, retouching, background removal, etc.) - Ensure thumbnails match the channel’s branding and niche - Study competitors and current YouTube design trends - Deliver fast turnaround while maintaining excellent quality - Collaborate with our team to understand each video’s message and target audience Requirements: - Proven experience in creating YouTube thumbnails - Strong graphic design skills - Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Photopea, etc. - Understanding of YouTube viewer psychology and CTR optimization - Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively - Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Creativity and willingness to adapt to different styles for multiple niches
