Niche positioning: how to stand out within the dating/podcast/reality content space. Retention & algorithm insights: suggestions on pacing, hooks, video length, posting schedules, etc. The ideal person has proven experience growing YouTube channels (especially in podcasts or entertainment), understands YouTube’s algorithm, and can clearly communicate what will move the needle for us.
