Job Description I’m launching a YouTube Shorts channel featuring wholesome, story-driven commentary on cute or funny pet/animal videos. I’m looking for an editor who can take existing clips, remove the original text/music/voiceover, and transform them into fully new, emotional, narrative-style Shorts, and deliver 10-20 shorts per week. You will be given access to my ElevenLabs account, royalty-free music libraries, and instructions on which ElevenLabs voice model to use. Style Target Your edits should replicate the emotional pacing, narrative tone, and storytelling style of InfisDiary—warm, wholesome, and highly engaging. https://www.youtube.com/@InfisDiary/shorts Your Role Source high-quality pet/animal clips from TikTok, Instagram, or these channels: https://www.youtube.com/@npcpets/shorts https://www.youtube.com/@PetsAreAngelz/shorts https://www.youtube.com/@InfisDiary/shorts https://www.youtube.com/@AnimalLoveStories/shorts 1. Remove all original creator markings, captions, text, watermark, and audio 2. Write a short, emotional mini-story for each clip 3. Generate voiceover using my ElevenLabs access 4. Add soft background music + light SFX to match the story. 5. Edit into a fully transformed narrative Short 6. Ensure every video is meaningfully transformed to avoid copyright issues (critical) 7. Deliver 12–14 Shorts per week (batch delivery is perfectly fine). This will increase after channel gets traction. Requirements Ability to follow copyright-safe transformation rules Consistent weekly delivery Long-term mindset—this role can scale significantly Strong sense of emotional pacing Payment $4 per Short View-based bonuses: +$3 at 100k views +$7 at 250k views +$15 at 1M views Over and above this: $10 monthly retention bonus for delivering all videos on time Important: Rate may increase from $4→ $5 per Short after the first 100 videos, based on performance and consistency.
