About

I’m looking for a talented and creative YouTube scriptwriter to join me long-term in building high-performing faceless YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should know how to hook viewers from the start, tell engaging stories, and keep retention high throughout the video. The goal is to produce scripts that not only inform but also entertain, inspire curiosity, and keep people watching until the very end. ✅ What You’ll Be Doing: Writing 1,500–1,800 word YouTube scripts (countdown style, storytelling, or documentary-style depending on the niche). Structuring scripts with strong hooks, clear narrative flow, and smooth transitions. Adding viewer retention strategies like open loops, cliffhangers, and curiosity-driven questions. Making the script sound natural for voiceovers (not robotic, AI-sounding, or overly formal). Conducting light research on given topics to ensure accuracy. Collaborating on feedback/revisions to improve scripts for audience engagement. 🎯 Ideal Candidate: Has experience writing YouTube scripts (preferably faceless or documentary-style). Strong grasp of storytelling techniques and how to capture attention quickly. Ability to write in a casual, friendly, and conversational tone. Familiar with viewer retention strategies and how to keep an audience engaged. Reliable with deadlines, detail-oriented, and open to long-term collaboration. (Bonus) Familiarity with niches like tech, finance, lifestyle, history, or sports. 💡 Why Work With Us: Long-term opportunity — consistent work for the right fit. Flexible schedule — you choose how many scripts you want to handle. Clear instructions, reference videos, and ongoing support. A chance to grow with the channel and showcase your creativity. 📌 Project Details: Rate: $20–$30 per script (1,500–1,800 words) Volume: 2–5 scripts per week (depending on your capacity) Delivery: Google Docs or Trello Trial script required before long-term work begins ✍️ To Apply, Please Include: A short intro about your experience in YouTube scriptwriting. 1–2 samples of YouTube scripts (or writing samples in a similar style). Your availability (how many scripts per week you can handle). The word “Retention” at the top of your proposal so I know you read this carefully.
