A new YouTube channel that I'm launching will be focused on cinematic gaming stories / reviews / narration playthroughs. First video I'm starting with is a a Minecraft survival short movie heavily inspired by mix of Walking Dead / Stranger Things. The tone of my this and future content is planned to be dramatic, mysterious, and immersive rather than funny and amusing. For my first video titled “The Dark Secret Beneath Our Minecraft Town | Cinematic Movie” - I need a thumbnail / preview image that is: - Eye-catching and highly clickable (optimized for YouTube CTR) - Cinematic and atmospheric rather than cartoony - Uses elements of mystery, survival, and discovery to make viewers curious - Works clearly even at small size on mobile (bold contrast, clear subject focus, not overloaded) 🔑 Key points for the ones applying: Please share your portfolio (especially if you’ve done YouTube thumbnails before, gaming-related work is a huge plus). I don’t want generic “gaming thumbnails” with overused styles - I’m looking for something that captures the storytelling / cinema feel of the video. Also please specify your fixed rate for this work. I am not the type of guy who requests a lot of edits or re-works, since I honestly do not have time for those and looking to launch quick 🙂 📺 The Video Description: I'm doing a narration describing how me and other survivors secured a piece of land, fortified it with walls and started re-building civilization there leaving the danger behind those walls. Discovering technology again, farming, building a railway and etc. And then I transition to the hidden underground lab beneath my home. This lab is heavily inspired by the 'Hawkins Lab' depicted in 'Stranger Things'. With them main reveal being a Nether Portal designed with likeness of a Mothergate from the aforementioned series too. 🔑 What elements I'd like to see on a thumbnail (my opinion but open to suggestions): - My character in civilian clothing and in a hazmat suit (I will provide my skin or necessary screenshots for reference) - Community we built (houses, farm, crops) - Glimpses of the Nether Portal (Gate). Think of it like a split-screen: Community and life / Nether Portal, Underground and Mystery - Minecraft logo (I don't think video title will fit in there but I guess logo is a must) - Small glipse of Warden (because there is a bonus reveal section of a Warden containment room) But let's discuss more details in private because I can keep naming those ideas infinitely 🙂 If your style and mine align, this can turn into an ongoing collaboration from time to time (whenever I’ll need previews for future cinematic projects) 🚀 🔑🔑*Attached examples of some thumbnails and minecraft pictures that I like.
