About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced YouTube Consultant to help us elevate our brand’s YouTube presence. This is a project-based role focused on optimizing our channel strategy, improving video performance, and guiding our team on best practices for growth, engagement, and monetization. Responsibilities: Audit our current YouTube channel and identify areas for improvement Develop a clear growth and content strategy (topics, thumbnails, posting frequency, etc.) Advise on SEO optimization, tags, titles, and descriptions Help design an effective content calendar and workflow Guide us on YouTube analytics and how to interpret data to boost performance Recommend tools or software to streamline video management and posting Collaborate with our marketing and video production teams Requirements: Proven experience growing and managing successful YouTube channels Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics Experience with content strategy, storytelling, and viewer retention Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation: $30–$50/hour (based on experience) Flexible, project-based schedule How to Apply: Please send your portfolio or links to channels you’ve helped grow, along with a brief description of your experience.
