This position will focus on automating content creation, video publishing, engagement, and channel optimization processes. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical skills in YouTube automation and data-driven growth tactics. Key Responsibilities: Automate video publishing schedules and optimize video metadata for searchability and engagement. Develop workflows for automated audience interaction (comments, replies, notifications). Implement automation strategies for content promotion, increasing reach across different platforms. Create automated reporting systems to track channel performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion). Collaborate with content creators to ensure the automation process aligns with overall content strategy. Keep up with YouTube policy changes and algorithm updates to adjust automation practices accordingly. Requirements: Hands-on experience with YouTube channel management and automation tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ). Strong technical knowledge of YouTube's content management system (CMS) and analytics tools. Experience with automation software for social media and video content scheduling. Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and make strategic decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills.
