We are using xero.com for our accounting and require an ongoing accountant, advisor and technical support for our account. We use direct banking integrations in Xero. We have run this Xero account for 5+ years with another accountant previously, so the work is already structured and laid out, only a learning curve to get into it. We also use cashflowfrog.com for cashflow forecasting (Xero integration), we also need you to maintain monthly forecasts in this app where you check monthly statements and update any transaction amounts used in the forecasts. The scope of the work is only for Xero and Cashflow Frog forecasting.
