Job Description Role Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise software testing, exposure to CRM workflows, and collaboration across business and technical teams. Qualifications Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering (any discipline with strong analytical skills), Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounting (if CRM involves financial workflows) Key Attributes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow test scripts precisely Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to document issues clearly and concisely Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of CRM systems or enterprise software Ability to work independently and in teams Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Experience with manual testing or QA tools is a plus Responsibilities Execute UAT test cases and document results Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies Collaborate with business users and developers to validate CRM workflows Assist in preparing test data and scenarios Support post-testing documentation and feedback sessions Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
