About the Role: We’re looking for a 3D Writer to craft compelling long-form YouTube scripts that use narrative-driven 3D reconstructions to explain real-world disaster cases. These videos aim to educate, entertain, and inspire millions, with strong focus on retention and storytelling. You’ll collaborate with a manager and a high-performing creative team to shape impactful narratives that drive growth. 🌍 Details Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $400–$600 per script Opportunities: Potential long-term, full-time role for the right fit 📌 Responsibilities: - Write multiple high-quality, long-form scripts each week, optimized for retention. - Transform complex ideas into engaging, narrative-driven content. - Share writing resources (templates, structures, intros) with the team. - Keep project files organized and report progress daily. - Identify challenges early and propose solutions. - Contribute to research and content concepts. ✅ Requirements: - Strong proficiency with scriptwriting tools (Final Draft, Celtx, Google Docs with formatting). - Understanding of narrative structures (or ability to learn quickly). - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to contribute as both a writer and a creative partner.
