The Basics
- Tanium is looking for an experienced Workplace Coordinator to be the face of our Bellevue, WA office. This is an in-office role, and this person will help keep our team and our office running through management of daily operations to include facilities, vendors, and onsite events. This role is integral in developing and maintaining the Tanium culture and supports engagement events within and outside of the physical office. Independence, proactivity, flexibility, dependability, and excellent organizational skills are a must.
What you’ll do
- Ensure the facility runs smoothly with limited daily guidance from your leadership.
- Ensure that the office is kept tidy and presentable for staff and visitors.
- Follow office health and safety protocols.
- Perform onboarding and off-boarding tasks for incoming and outgoing employees.
- Perform all day-to-day support of this location.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, office equipment, and overall office appearance autonomously.
- Field maintenance and service requests include coordination of repairs with building engineers and various vendors.
- Support administrative billing processes.
- Food program management: working with vendors to ensure kitchen supplies, snacks, and beverages are stocked daily, and lunch is delivered on schedule.
- Manage relationships with service providers and building management.
- Fulfill all mail and shipping requirements at this location to include pickup, sorting, & distribution of incoming mail daily, prepare & ship outgoing mail.
- Support onsite events including set up, tear down, coordinate with vendors and internal staff to ensure event success.
- Provide support on various projects and workplace initiatives.
- Work with and coordinate property management with Tanium Security to provide a safe office environment.
- Support office relocations, move management, and/or office redesign projects.
- Coordinate safety and security needs in partnership with Corporate Health & Safety Team.
- Accurately maintain and track workplace operations budgets and submit appropriate. purchase requests when necessary.
- Support compliance programs related to environmental sustainability and security.
We’re looking for someone with
- Education
- BA/BS and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience
- 3+ years of office management and administrative experience
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work onsite from the Bellevue office daily
- Ability to work on adjusted schedule as needs arise
- Computer skills to include Office 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of US shipping/receiving regulations and logistics
- Experience supporting both office as well as remote worker environments
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work with various teams and vendors
- Ability to act autonomously without daily guidance
- Ability to keep up and adjust in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Experience with project management
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic building infrastructure knowledge on HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred but not required
- Experience interacting with C-Level executives is preferred but not required

- What you’ll get
- The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 to $120,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay as required by law.
