Workflow Manager (Remote/Virtual) Project Overview We're looking for an experienced Workflow Manager to optimize our operations and manage our team remotely. You'll be responsible for streamlining processes, managing projects, and ensuring our call center and customer service operations run smoothly. What You'll Do Design and implement efficient workflows for our customer service and call center operations Manage day-to-day project execution and team performance Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless operations Lead and mentor remote team members Implement tools and systems to improve productivity Required Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in workflow management or project management Call center or customer service operations experience required Proven track record managing remote teams Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.) Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration Ability to create clear documentation and training materials Preferred Qualifications PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification Experience with CRM systems and call center software Background in change management Data analysis and reporting skills
