Workday In this role, you will serve as the hands-on subject matter expert and point of contact for Workday Financials and HCM Security and Reporting configuration and administration. This role will support, implementation of security functionalities and develop new reporting solutions within Workday. You will leverage your functional and technical expertise to understand the requirements, business processes and contribute to the development of Workday Security and Reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Integrations: Design integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs. Develop data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data flow between systems. Implement API integrations using RESTful and SOAP APIs. Testing and Deployment: Conduct comprehensive testing of integrations, including unit testing and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support. Participate in the deployment of integrations, ensuring a smooth cutover. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business teams, system integrators, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure successful deployments. Create clear and thorough documentation of integration designs and configurations.
