Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic 100% Fully Remote Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand market trends and customer needs. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess competition.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in our administrative systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader client base.
• A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
