We need an experienced WordPress Speed Optimization Specialist to improve the performance of our website (www.mcfinteriors.com) built with Elementor on our own server. The site is currently loading slowly, mainly due to heavy images and Elementor-related scripts. Our goal is to significantly improve mobile Core Web Vitals scores. Objectives: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) 2.5s Interaction to Next Paint (INP) 200ms Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) 0.1 Scope of Work: Full audit with PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix. Optimize all images (WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, responsive sizing). Configure and fine-tune caching (LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket/Perfmatters). Optimize Elementor output (reduce unused CSS/JS, replace heavy widgets if needed). Set up Cloudflare CDN with Brotli compression, HTTP/3, and caching rules. Database cleanup, reducing requests, and minimizing page size. Provide before/after reports with detailed documentation of all changes. Requirements: Proven experience optimizing WordPress Elementor sites. Demonstrated results with Core Web Vitals improvements (please provide examples). Ability to work on staging first, then push to production with full backup. Clear communication and documentation. Please include in your proposal: 2–3 case studies with before/after metrics. Tools/plugins you plan to use. Outline of your workflow (audit, staging, implementation, testing, delivery). Deliverables: Initial audit report. List of changes implemented. Final performance report with screenshots/links. Maintenance recommendations.
