Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Residential Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using extension ladders, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and excellent benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform window cleaning services and other specialized services offered by the company to residential and commercial properties using safe and efficient methods.
• Utilize extension ladders and other equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, equipment, and job site.
• Uphold Bluebird Window Cleaning's core values of safety, world-class service, and integrity in all aspects of the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
