We’re a reputable company looking for an experienced Wikipedia practitioner who can advise us on creating a company article that complies with Wikipedia’s policies. This role is advisory; you will guide us on what’s feasible, what sources are required, and how to proceed in a policy-compliant way. Scope of work • Assess notability: Review our existing press and third-party sources to determine if we meet Wikipedia’s general notability guideline. • Page plan: Outline a proposed article structure (sections, references list, infobox, categories) and advise on neutral wording. • Risk review: Flag any issues that could lead to decline, revert, or deletion, and how to mitigate them. Requirements • Demonstrated experience advising on or successfully creating Wikipedia articles that survived review and remained live for 12+ months • Deep knowledge of English Wikipedia’s notability, verifiability, reliable sources • Ability to communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and push back if notability is not met
