I run a sales-first operation that canvasses and sells AI and automation solutions to SMBs, and I’m looking for a white-label fulfillment partner to take closed deals from discovery through delivery. You should be fluent in Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, HighLevel, and Google Workspace, comfortable integrating CRMs, payments, messaging, and comms like HubSpot, Stripe, Twilio, and Slack, and able to weave in AI using the OpenAI API or similar LLM workflows. Typical work includes reviewing client requirements, proposing simple workflow designs, building and testing integrations, documenting the system in plain language, and providing light training and ongoing support. I value clear communication, quick MVP turnarounds, and reliable follow-through. Initial projects will be small with the opportunity to scale into a steady stream of one-off builds and retainers. I’m open to hourly or flat-rate structures and want a long-term partner who can work under my brand so I keep the client relationship.
