Scope of Work: The contractor will be responsible for: Website Migration Export all existing content, including pages, images, videos, blogs, and downloadable assets, from Squarespace. Recreate the website structure within Webflow, ensuring that all layouts, navigation, and functionality are replicated or improved where necessary. Maintain brand consistency throughout the migration, ensuring fonts, colours, and design elements match the existing identity. Content Optimization Optimize all text, images, and videos for faster load times and better Webflow performance. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across all devices. Apply basic SEO best practices within Webflow, including structured headings, metadata, and optimized alt tags. Performance Improvements Implement Webflow’s best practices to enhance site speed and usability. Set up proper redirects from Squarespace URLs to maintain SEO rankings. Test and validate all forms, links, and interactive elements to ensure they function correctly. Handover & Documentation Provide a full handover session with the internal team, including guidance on how to update and maintain the Webflow site. Deliver supporting documentation outlining the website structure, key templates, and update processes.
