About
Project Overview We are looking for a skilled web developer to build a high-end, hybrid online platform from the ground up. This website will function as both a premium content hub and an exclusive marketplace for professional services and experiences. It will literally need to look like the following: https://squaremile.com/ https://www.bosshunting.com.au/ https://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/ The core mission is to create a "portal" that attracts a discerning audience through high-quality content (blogs, videos, articles) and connects them with a curated, vetted list of premium service partners. --- Core Concept & Business Model 1. **Partner Marketplace:** We will partner with exclusive professionals and businesses ("partners") across various high-end categories. 2. **Paid Subscription:** These partners will pay a fee (likely a subscription) to be featured on the portal. 3. **Dedicated Profiles:** Each partner will receive a dedicated, professionally designed profile/landing page showcasing their unique services and experiences. Inclusive of texts, imagery, videos... 4. **Content-Driven:** The site will be heavily focused on editorial content (blogs, videos) related to our partners' niches to drive traffic and establish authority. --- ### **Key Feature Requirements** NOTE!!! The website design will need to be exactly like the 3 above I mentioned, so if you portfolio has something like that attach the links to view them, if you send something which does not make sense we will not consider you. https://squaremile.com/ https://www.bosshunting.com.au/ https://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/ We need a developer who can build a platform with the following core functionalities: - An easy-to-use backend for our team to frequently publish high-quality articles, videos, and blog posts. - A visually appealing, modern, and fast-loading front-end that matches our luxury brand. The style of the The Gentleman's Journal is very close to what we want to achieve actually - (link removed)/) - Advanced filtering (e.g., by service category, location, price tier, etc.) - A custom inquiry form or messaging system. - When a user is interested in a service, the inquiry must be sent to our admin team first (not directly to the partner) for vetting and management. - The ability to assign "tiers" to partners based on their subscription level. - Partners in higher-paying tiers must be given priority placement (e.g., "featured" on the homepage, or appearing at the top of their category search results).
