Project Overview Gorai Strategies LLC is seeking an experienced Website Designer, Developer, and SEO Specialist to build a professional, high-performing political campaign website. This project will serve as a digital hub for a candidate’s campaign and must communicate credibility, leadership, and clarity while driving engagement, volunteer sign-ups, and donations. This role is execution-focused. The scope, structure, and expectations are clearly defined and must be followed closely. Scope of Work You will be responsible for designing and developing a streamlined campaign website that functions as a digital brochure and engagement platform. Website Design & Development Design and build up to 10 custom website pages, including: Candidate biography Issues and platform Volunteer signup Donation page Events News or endorsements Contact page Fully mobile-responsive design optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Clean, modern layout that reflects professionalism, trust, and leadership Assist with content migration, if required Build using industry best practices for performance and reliability SEO & Performance Conduct on-page SEO setup including: Keyword research aligned with campaign messaging Meta titles, descriptions, and header structure SEO-friendly page architecture Ensure fast load times and optimized site performance Integrate Google Analytics for traffic and engagement tracking Integrations & Features Contact forms Photo gallery integration Google Maps (if applicable) Third-party integrations as needed, such as: Political donation platforms (e.g., WinRed, Anedot) Email signup tools (e.g., Mailchimp or Constant Contact) Event calendars and RSVP tools Project Collaboration & Process Initial onboarding and planning will be conducted virtually You will work within a defined project timeline and communicate clearly on progress The site must be delivered according to the agreed specifications without scope creep Important Notes (Please Read Carefully) This role does not include ongoing content writing beyond implementation of provided materials Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and updates are handled separately after launch Any work requested outside the defined scope will require prior approval Precision, responsiveness, and professionalism are essential due to the political nature of the project Ideal Candidate Qualifications Proven experience designing and developing professional websites Strong understanding of SEO best practices Experience with political, nonprofit, or advocacy websites is a plus Comfortable integrating third-party tools and platforms Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Clear communicator with a structured workflow
