We are seeking a skilled Website Designer to enhance our current website design and manage ongoing updates as needed. This is an as-needed, per-request position ideal for someone who enjoys working on small, focused design tasks and communicates clearly and promptly. Responsibilities * Implement website updates and design improvements as requested * Complete one-off website modification requests efficiently * Maintain and enhance site performance and user experience * Collaborate with our team to refine design and functionality * Ensure consistency across pages and align with brand style Requirements * Proven website design experience (please include your portfolio) * Strong understanding of responsive and modern web design * Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar) * Basic HTML/CSS skills (JavaScript a plus) * Excellent communication and reliability, must respond promptly and clearly * Ability to deliver quality work on time
