We are launching a new Out-of-Home (OOH) Media Brokerage and need an experienced, reliable web designer/developer to create a professional, modern, high-converting website. This site will be the primary lead-generation engine for our business. Project Scope: -Build a full lead-generation website (Home, About, Services, Contact) -Create a City Landing Page Template we can clone for multiple markets -Integrate lead form with HubSpot (or similar CRM) -Mobile responsive design -Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, H1/H2 structure) -Install Google Analytics + Tag Manager -Add chat widget (Tawk.to or similar) -Provide training/video on how to duplicate pages Requirements: -Strong experience with WordPress or Webflow -Portfolio of lead-generation websites -Clean, modern UI/UX skills -Strong English communication -Must sign an NDA and agree to full IP transfer -No reuse or sharing of project assets Deliverables: -Fully built website (5–7 core pages) -1 reusable City Page Template -All source files (Figma/Webflow/WordPress export) -CRM-connected lead form -Mobile + speed optimized -Final walkthrough/training To Apply: Please send: -3 examples of lead-gen websites you’ve built -Your recommended platform (WordPress or Webflow) -Estimated timeline (goal: 7–14 days) Confirmation that you agree to the NDA + IP transfer.
