We’re - Inbouncy, a full service marketing agency - currently seeking a Senior Webflow Website Designer with deep experience in website migration and design reconstruction. Our client’s existing website is built on HubSpot CMS, and we’re migrating it fully to Webflow — maintaining the same design, content, and SEO setup while improving flexibility, performance, and scalability. The website includes: 60 static webpages 2 active blogs Blog 1: https://www.bol-agency.com/blog (235 posts) Blog 2: https://www.bol-agency.com/bol-new-blog (147 posts) Key Responsibilities Rebuild all existing HubSpot website pages pixel-perfect in Webflow. Create a global design system (color palette, typography, symbols, reusable components). Build reusable section libraries for scalable use. Set up Webflow CMS for 2 blogs (migrating 380 total posts via CSV import). Ensure SEO continuity: metadata, redirects, and internal links. Optimize for responsive design, accessibility, and performance. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of proven experience designing and developing in Webflow (Portfolio required). Strong background in website migrations (HubSpot → Webflow preferred, or WordPress → Webflow). Deep understanding of Webflow CMS, symbols, components, and dynamic data structures. Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and 301 redirect management. Experience with responsive design, animations, and accessibility standards. Ability to complete the project independently with minimal supervision while maintaining top-notch quality. Comfortable using Google Drive, and ClickUp for collaboration and task tracking. Nice-to-Haves Experience with HubSpot CMS. Familiarity with Webflow custom code embeds. Understanding of SEO optimization inside Webflow. Project Duration & Timeline Start Date: Immediately upon selection (no later than October 28, 2025) Target Completion: November 22, 2025 Approximate workload: 140–150 hours over 3.5 weeks.
