Dunbar provides unclaimed property consulting and reporting for U.S. businesses in all states. We prototyped our marketing site in Lovable.ai and now need it rebuilt in Webflow for proper SEO, performance, and long-term control. This is the lovable created site: https://dunbar-property-advocate.lovable.app This is our existing LIVE site: https://dunbargroup.com Scope of Work Rebuild our new draft front-end (same look/feel) as a clean, maintainable Webflow site with: Pages: Home, Services hub, 4 Service pages (Reporting, Consulting, Owner Location & Reactivation, Corporate Asset Recovery), About, Insights (CMS list), Insight post template, Contact, Privacy, Terms (+ 404/Thank-you). Components & Styles: Navbar, footer, buttons, cards, sections, grids, typography scale, color tokens. CMS: “Insights” collection (fields: Title, Slug, Summary, Hero Image, Body, Publish Date, Author, SEO Title/Description). SEO: One H1 per page, H2/H3 structure, clean slugs, title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, JSON-LD (Organization + Service), internal links, sitemap/robots.txt. Performance & Accessibility: Image optimization (WebP), lazy-load, minify assets, CLS-safe layout, WCAG basics. Analytics & Launch: GA4 via GTM, Google Search Console verification, DNS/SSL setup, 301 redirects, publish to production. Deliverables Webflow project with reusable components + documented styles. All pages implemented and responsive. CMS configured + 1–2 demo posts. SEO foundation in place (titles/meta/schema/internal links). GA4 + Search Console connected.
