🧾 JOB PROFILE: Webflow Designer (Part-Time, U.S. Hours) Position: Webflow Designer Type: Part-Time (4 hrs/day), Ongoing Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST Location: Remote (U.S. hours availability required) Level: Intermediate Reports To: CEO 🧭 ROLE OVERVIEW We’re seeking a dedicated Webflow Designer to collaborate directly with the CEO to design, develop, and optimize multiple websites. This is a highly collaborative role that requires daily live interaction (screen sharing) to complete and iterate on tasks in real time. The ideal candidate is confident in Webflow, understands modern UI/UX best practices, and can take feedback and ideas from concept to high-quality web execution. ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES Design and build custom pages and sections in Webflow Implement responsive design for mobile/tablet/desktop Apply animations, interactions, and CMS-driven components Collaborate with the CEO via screen share (daily) to complete tasks live Troubleshoot layout or styling issues as needed Manage multi-site updates and ensure consistency across brands Respond to internal feedback and light client inquiries in a timely, professional manner 🔧 REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions Working knowledge of: Responsive layout techniques HTML/CSS basics (within Webflow) SEO-friendly structure (headings, meta, etc.) Strong communication skills (verbal + written) Comfortable working on screen share daily Able to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback live Available daily from 10AM–2PM EST (non-negotiable) 🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE Has completed multiple client Webflow projects Enjoys real-time collaboration Is organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver Can work across multiple brands/sites efficiently Is looking for long-term, consistent work (20 hrs/week) 💻 TOOLS YOU’LL USE Webflow (Designer, CMS, Logic) Figma (optional for reference) Teams (screen share collaboration) Loom (occasional async feedback)
