We’re looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to take ownership of our WordPress projects from A to Z: refining the brief, designing the architecture, coordinating the team, and delivering high‑quality, high‑performance websites built with WordPress + Crocoblock + Elementor Pro. You will be responsible for both timelines and quality, and able to step in hands‑on at any stage of the project (mockups, integration, development, performance, SEO, content). End‑to‑end ownership (scoping, architecture, production, QA, SEO, performance), team management and client relationship. Strong focus on deadlines and quality, with the ability to jump in operationally at every step. Scoping & Architecture Analyse and challenge the client brief / specification Define site structure and information architecture Design CPTs, taxonomies and relations (JetEngine) Define data models, templates and workflows 2. Planning, Team Management & Tracking Build the backlog and sprints in ClickUp (or equivalent) Allocate tasks to integrators, developers, content and QA Run project rituals (dailies, reviews, etc.) Manage dependencies and project risks 3. End‑to‑end Production Build sites with WordPress + Elementor Pro (Hello Theme, Theme Builder, dynamic templates) Configure Crocoblock: JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, JetFormBuilder / JetAppointment (JetWooBuilder for e‑commerce if needed) 4. Performance & SEO Configure and optimise with WP Rocket Implement image optimisation (WebP), lazy‑load, minification, and optionally CDN Set up Rank Math (schema, sitemaps, redirects) Ensure solid semantic structure and Core Web Vitals basics 5. Quality & Compliance Multi‑device / multi‑browser QA Basic accessibility checks Plugin / theme security best practices and backups GDPR basics (cookies, consent) 6. Follow‑up & Communication Regular client meetings and progress updates Risk reporting and action plans Prepare production releases (staging, rollback plan) Provide clear handover documentation Example KPIs (indicative) ≥ 95% milestones delivered on time; zero blockers at go‑live Core Web Vitals compliant on key pages (e.g. LCP less 2.5 s, CLS less 0.1) Mobile Lighthouse score ≥ 85 on main template pages less 5% post‑launch issues (within 7 days) Project documentation and ClickUp always 100% up to date Profile Proven experience in web project management (multi‑stakeholder coordination, deadlines, client relationship) Excellent command of: Crocoblock suite (JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, JetFormBuilder, JetAppointment, JetWooBuilder) WordPress (CPTs, taxonomies, basic hooks, best practices) Elementor Pro (Theme Builder, Loop/Query) WP Rocket (performance) and Rank Math (on‑page SEO, schema, sitemaps, redirects) ClickUp or equivalent (Jira/Asana) for planning & monitoring Ability to step in and fix or replace deliverables at any stage (CSS/JS integration, simple PHP in WordPress, templates, performance and SEO) Strong rigour and organisational skills, positive leadership, and excellent written and spoken French (English is a plus) Nice‑to‑have Strong foundations in SEO structure & semantics (topical mapping, internal linking, structured data) Experience with WooCommerce, Figma, basic Git, staging ↔ production migrations Knowledge of security best practices & GDPR What We Provide Project brief / specifications Access to hosting and tools Brand assets / mockups where available ClickUp templates QA & SEO checklists Expected Deliverables Structured backlog in ClickUp Architecture documentation (CPT / taxonomies schema) Elementor template kit Content / SEO rules Test plan Go‑live and incident‑recovery plan Recruitment Process 1 - Send your CV + portfolio with 2–3 Crocoblock / Elementor Pro sites 2 - Technical interview
