Job Description Web Developer (part-time) Undergraduate Education is at the heart of many exciting changes in student education at BYU, and we are looking for a part-time employee with web development skills. If you enjoy designing, building, and maintaining websites, this could be the job for you! Our area houses General Education, the Honors Program, First-Year Experience, and the Office of National Scholarships and Prestigious Fellowships, each with their own website needs. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a beehive of activity and help us present and share the information we have to offer. We would love the chance to visit with you about how this role might fit into your career plans. What you’ll do in this position: Design and develop new web applications. Maintain and further develop Undergraduate Education websites. Build reports and visualizations for the deans and other department administrators. Create websites and prototypes using current web technologies. Employ industry-standard web production techniques. Maintain Google Analytics for sites. Find ways to improve user experience with websites.
