##About the Company We're a fast growing authorised international travel agency that handles visa processing and compliance under license from the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism. ##About the Role We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with a portfolio of accessible, responsive websites optimized for both mobile and desktop. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining landing pages and order forms, with a strong focus on page speed, accessibility, and clean integration of tracking tools. ##Key Responsibilities * Develop fast, responsive, and accessible landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Create or update order forms using a WYSIWYG editor * Optimize websites for page speed performance across devices and screen sizes * Ensure mobile-first, desktop-polished UI/UX consistency * Integrate tracking tools including: Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Other third-party tools as needed * Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to implement A/B tests and iterate based on performance data * Maintain clean Git version control practices for all projects ##Requirements * Must be available during business hours in EMEA * 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * 3+ years of experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals and fast page loads * 2+ years of experience creating Google Ads landing pages * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Git * Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to streamline development workflows * Strong portfolio of high-accessibility, high-performance websites ##Preferred Qualifications * Experience with in the visa industry * Experience working on government, healthcare, or public sector websites with strict accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, ADA compliance) * Familiarity with USWDS (U.S. Web Design System) or other formal government design systems * Working knowledge of ARIA labels, semantic HTML, and keyboard navigation optimization
