We are seeking a Web Designer to create high-quality Figma designs that bring our brand story to life and help drive organic inbound traffic. The focus of this role is on crafting a polished, conversion-focused marketing website that delivers our brand messaging effectively and can be handed off seamlessly to our developer for build. This is a creative execution role within an asynchronous marketing team. You’ll work closely with a copywriter to create visually cohesive, high-impact layouts that reinforce brand tone and clarity. Communication occurs primarily through Slack. Responsibilities: Design visually compelling marketing and landing pages in Figma, finalized and ready for developer handoff. Collaborate with the Copywriter to align visuals with messaging and overall story flow. Develop a cohesive design system and consistent layout components for ongoing scalability. Ensure all designs are responsive-ready, content-optimized, and visually align with SEO-friendly structures. Iterate quickly based on feedback, asking clarifying questions to move work forward despite ambiguity. Share mockups and prototypes using Figma links, Loom walkthroughs, or Slack updates.
