Job Description Supporting all Private Bank SCAs in the markets covered in the various advisory centres, with a focus on North Asia and Asian markets as may be assigned by the Head of Wealth Planning · Advising on solutions independently, as well as in partnership with appropriate tax/legal advisors · Collaborating with UOB PB SCAs, product specialists and Bancassurance colleagues to provide holistic advice to clients for their estate planning, succession, family office structuring, asset protection and tax planning objectives · Making presentations to internal and external audiences for training and/or marketing purposes · Meeting the KPIs and targets set out by the Head of Wealth Planning – including direct personal targets for successful insurance referrals Professional profile/ areas of expertise · Strong technical credentials in trust with a demonstrated proficiency for motivation, communication, planning and successful implementation · Broad base of financial skills relating to tax and estate planning · Direct working experience with professional advisors within their fields; well-connected in financial and professional communities · Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal, written & listening · Diplomatic negotiating skills, flexible and consensus builder · Able to establish credibility and instill trust and confidence · Demonstrates commitment to and complete understanding of professional, legal and compliance standards · Enthusiastic self-starter.
