Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM & Saturday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler in Indianapolis, IN!
In this entry-level role, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and count stock items; record data manually or using a computer.
• Pick and pack products accurately based on order requirements.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves or storage areas.
• Verify inventory by comparing physical counts to system records; investigate discrepancies.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Mark stock items using tags, stamps, or labeling equipment.
• Keep warehouse areas, tools, and equipment clean and safe.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage.
• Assist or guide other warehouse or stockroom workers.
• Ensure labeling and packaging are correct before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse experience (entry-level welcome).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety practices.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
