At our new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Norcross, Georgia, the Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) play a crucial role in housing, picking, and delivering genuine Toyota parts to 177 dealerships across the Southeast. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced environment focused on de-vanning, receiving, picking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts. The ideal candidate will inspire action, foster associate engagement, and drive performance while maintaining a high standard of quality and operational efficiency. This leadership role is integral to the success of daily operations, and you will be pivotal in developing and guiding a motivated, efficient team. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a team of up to 20 associate's in support of day-to-day warehouse operations. Foster a positive and productive work environment while driving high performance. Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching to associates through development discussions, utilizing the Individual Development Planning process to enhance skills and maximize productivity. Operational Efficiency: Partner with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers (AOMs), and other Supervisors to ensure daily production and quality goals are met. Accountability: Hold associates accountable by providing timely, actionable feedback—both positive and corrective. Ensure performance expectations are clear and understood. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive decisions that improve team performance and operational outcomes. Collaborative Culture: Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work culture, ensuring that associates feel valued and empowered to succeed. Continuous Improvement: Champion Hoshin goals and work with leadership to continuously improve processes and drive customer-focused solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years' experience without. Proven track record of maximizing individual contributions and driving team performance Previous supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and performance management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP preferred Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred A willingness to work non-traditional hours as our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
