- About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned warehouse and operations leader to elevate our fulfillment capabilities by ensuring flawless inventory accuracy, delivering pristine parts to the field, and enforcing the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness. This is a hands-on, five-day-a-week, on-site role in Seattle, WA, for a proactive manager who raises the bar on operational excellence and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy & Records Management
- Own end-to-end inventory control: cycle counts, full physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Maintain real-time, error-free inventory records in our WMS (e.g., ServiceTitan), ensuring zero stockouts or overages.
- Implement and refine processes to monitor stock levels, bin locations, and transaction integrity.
Execution Support & Parts Quality
- Guarantee clean, organized, and ready-to-use parts staging for daily technician routes.
- Lead the parts runner team to expedite critical replenishments and returns, minimizing downtime.
- Partner with procurement to optimize vendor selection, negotiate pricing, and manage returns/warranties efficiently.
Safety, Quality & Cleanliness Control
- Enforce rigorous warehouse safety protocols, conduct regular safety audits, and deliver ongoing training.
- Champion 5S principles—ensure the facility is consistently neat, well-lit, and free of hazards or contaminants.
- Develop and track quality metrics (e.g., pick accuracy, damage rates, on-time delivery) and drive corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Hire, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing warehouse staff focused on precision and ownership.
- Foster a culture of proactive problem solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement events to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and boost throughput.
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize WMS and ERP tools to generate actionable reports on inventory turns, carrying costs, and operational KPIs.
- o Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement plans.

- Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive warehouse, inventory, or operations management experience—preferably in field service or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving >99% inventory accuracy and zero unplanned stockouts.
- Expertise with WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, NetSuite, Fishbowl) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills: able to recruit, develop, and motivate teams to exceed performance targets.
- Impeccable attention to detail, process orientation, and a safety-first mindset.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
