We’re seeking a mobile app developer to build a Love Island / Netflix Stories–style visual novel app for iOS and Android. The developer’s main job is to build the full app system AND integrate the first 1–2 (up to 3) episodes using the story text, choices, and PNG assets that I provide. After that, I will be uploading all future weekly episodes myself — so the app MUST include a simple, non-technical upload system (Google Sheets, Airtable, JSON file, or basic CMS). Core App Requirements: • Tap-to-progress dialogue • Branching choices that lead to different scenes • Static PNG characters + backgrounds • Chapter list screen • 4 free passes, hourly regeneration, 1 pass = 1 chapter • Pass purchase options: 3 for $0.99, 5 for $1.99 • Ad system: show an ad after each chapter • $2.99 ad-free upgrade • Clean UI similar to Love Island / Netflix Stories • Episode upload system I can manage myself (very important) • Developer must provide a template (JSON/Sheet) + clear instructions • Developer will integrate the first 1–2 (or 3) episodes during Milestone 2 Important: I do NOT want the developer to upload weekly episodes long-term. You will only integrate the first episodes for setup and testing. After that, I will handle all weekly episode uploads using the system you build. Ideal candidates should have experience with visual novels, interactive stories, Unity/Flutter/React Native, in-app purchases, and AdMob/Unity Ads.
