About

We’re a relationship-first B2B agency getting ready to roll out a new software offering. All core content is already written. What we need is a clean, minimal visual system that makes our site and assets feel consistent, modern, and easy to reuse. This is a one-time project that can turn into ongoing work for our company and, if it’s a strong fit, for select clients as well. You’ll take our existing copy and give it visual polish across brand elements, social, and a focused website refresh. We care about clarity, spacing, type, and simple hierarchy that reads well on desktop and mobile. You’ll deliver organized source files and exports we can implement in-house now, with the option to expand the engagement post-launch. Core scope (assets) * Case study template * Blog template * Brand colors and logo refresh * Social media templates (4–8) * Blog banner(s) * Brand guide (colors, fonts, usage) Core scope (website visuals) * Home page * Service page * One blog or case study page * Landing page for a new offering (Approach) You’ll translate approved copy into a consistent visual language. Think practical: a small, well-chosen color palette, a readable type scale, clear spacing, and components that make future pages faster. The brand guide should be simple enough for a non-designer to follow, with examples that show do’s, don’ts, and common layouts. The website visuals should be implementation-ready (will explain formats upon hiring). (What we provide) We’ll supply final copy for all pages and assets, our current logo and colors, site access for reference, and a few visual examples we like. We’ll give timely feedback and clear acceptance criteria so decisions move quickly. (Timeline) Start soon. We’d like initial directions within the first 7–10 days, then iterate. We’ll keep the scope tight so we can move from concept to handoff without dragging. Budget & quoting Please propose both a fixed price for the full scope and an hourly rate for post-launch additions. We’re planning a minimal in-house update before launch to stay lean. If your fixed quote is reasonable, we may outsource sooner; if not, we’ll likely expand with you after revenue from new channels flow in. In your proposal, include what’s covered, the number of rounds, and any assumptions or out-of-scope items. (How to apply) Share 2–3 portfolio links that match this look, one brand guide example, and a short note on your process for building a reusable visual system from existing content. Confirm your primary visual tool and your earliest start date.
