I’m looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to be my right hand in managing and growing my work as a community leader. The ideal candidate is experienced in Salesforce, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. This role combines executive support with CRM and operations work, including: Managing and optimizing Salesforce as a key tool for donors, programs, and communications Setting up smart automations and keeping information organized and actionable Providing executive support — scheduling and follow-ups.
