Job Description We are a U.S.-based medical clinic working with families from around the world. Our focus is on naturopathic treatments that help children with autism and chronic conditions. We’re looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who can also serve as a Parent Liaison — someone who can manage executive tasks while confidently and warmly communicating with parents about our programs. Key Responsibilities: Talk to prospective parents, provide clinic resources, and answer general questions about our treatments (scripts and resources provided). Share published studies, videos, and official clinic materials clearly and empathetically. Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with prospective families. Prepare documents, track tasks, and assist with administrative support. Handle communications with professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is non-negotiable. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Client Support role. Excellent communication and people skills; able to talk confidently with parents. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific time) and respond quickly during agreed shifts. Preferred (but not required): Background in healthcare, wellness, or client-facing roles.
